All faculty are invited to attend the following workshop to learn how to use Blackboard tools to make instruction more efficient and student learning experiences more effective. No registration is required, simply attend the sessions of your choice.

Grade Book  Workshop

During this one hour session, faculty will review how to use Blackboard’s Grade Center to create, share, and manage continuous grade feedback.

What’s New in Blackboard and the End of Semester Process

During this one hour session, faculty will be introduced to the following Blackboard tools to support teaching and learning tasks: Date Management ; Course Reports ; Grade Center Color Codes; and the Qwickly Tools . Faculty will also review the End of Semester Process best practices for closing a course.

At the end of this one hour session, participants will be able to: access a course Grade Center, create columns for assignments, created weighted grades, and learn how the Grade Center can help you and your students keep tabs on their learning progress.
