Internet Service – Scheduled Maintenance June 1st 2017

Per the IT Department:

All MATC internet connectivity will be unavailable on Thursday June 1, 2017 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Central Time) due to scheduled maintenance.

  • The outage will NOT affect access to Gmail or Blackboard because these systems are hosted offsite.

  • If you have questions, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 414-297-6541.

On Tuesday April 11th from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Central), all MATC internet connectivity will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance and hardware upgrades.

This will NOT affect access to Gmail or the Blackboard Learning Management System, as these are hosted offsite.

COSMO/INFOnline Scheduled Maintenance Coming December 6th

Per the IT department, COSMO/INFOnline will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Sunday December 6th from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM CDT.

Please Note! - During this time, access to Blackboard courses through the links in the myMATC Portal will be unavailable!

However, you may log into Blackboard.matc.edu directly to access courses during the outage. If you have trouble logging in directly, please use the online password manager to resolve the login issue.

INFOnline/COSMO Maintenance Coming Sunday November 1st, 2015

Because COSMO/INFOnline will be down, the Blackboard course module in the MATC portal will be unavailable during this time.

As a work around, please go to Blackboard.matc.edu directly and log in with your MATC network account to access your courses.
